The 80$ one-time fee for a two bedroom cottage and the 120$ one-time fee for a 3 bedroom cottage includes administrative fees, cleaning fees, and the following:

About 1/5th of a cord of firewood and kindling wood in a big brown bin just outside the cottage. As a courtesy, we provide, in small quantities, the following things: salt, pepper and sugar; coffee filters; dish soap; toilet paper, paper towels, and tissue paper; small white garbage bags. When these reserves are used up, it is your responsibility to replenish these supplies for your own consumption.
